In partnership with NeoResearch we are glad to announce that the paper Computational Intelligence and Adaptation in VANETs: Current Research and New Perspectives, authored by Marcia Pasin, Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Assia Belbachir, Sarajane Marques Peres and Anarosa Alves Franco Brandao is eligible to apply for a prize in GAS for deploying a Smart Contract on the Neo Blockchain.
Claimming criteria: The application should contain a minimum viable product of a SC for their desired VANET application. Deadline for claim: December, 31th of 2018
